Most important thing in a game for me is player choice, so it's nice to see you can always refuse to do lewd acts with the girls here. Personally the more weight the choices have the more I enjoy them, but there's nothing wrong if they are lighter. I think the sweet point is somewhere between "I refused to have sex with this girl once, so now I'm locked out of her path forever" and "I've not given this girl the time of day once yet she still keeps giving me sweet eyes". If there's a girl I don't care for or outright annoys me the option to tell her off once and for all is appreciated, but being locked out of seeing more of someone I find interesting because I didn't do a perfect run is what I find more regrettable, so on player choice implementation, I think you've erred on the right side of the fence.
Another thing I liked a lot is the male best friend. When the MC is the only male and every other male is either ugly, or a bastard, or an ugly bastard, that feels shallow to me. Like the dev is an insecure person, and he sketchs a world where MC gets the girls by virtue of being the only decent acting/looking guy, cause he can't imagine how he'd get them if he had to exist alongsise other males who are not horribly flawed. We all play these games for the girls; but at least I appreciate when there's a good bromance going. Not only it enchances the experience, but it kinda shows the author has his own vision, and isn't just doing what he thinks the players will like.
If I could give you only one advice, or if you want to only heed one of the advices I'll give you, is that you should make the game you yourself would like to play. Include the stuff you would like to see, be it H-scenes, jokes, plot elements, etc. If you yourself like it and feel confident in what you create, someone else out there will like it as much as you, for sure.
Now, I've seen the topic of sharing be mentioned below. If you want to include sharing, include it. More variety is always better. If you are pressed for time, and have a lot of content you would like to put in, and not all of it can make the cut, maybe don't do the sharing scenes. But I feel just one sharing scene would a lot more value than a tenth blowjob scene, or a seventh cowgirl one, or a fifth paizuri one.
Personally, I'm not as big a fan of "doing the same girl at the same time with my bro" as "letting my bro have x girl all for himself." So how I'd like to see sharing implement would be more like, not-sharing, but stepping aside to let the bro have the girl, or push the girl towards the bro. Kinda like self-inflicted, voluntary cuckoldry. Only my personal preference tho.

I'm always looking for ways to make the game more unique and avoid the "Tenth blowjob scene" problem you mentioned could be an issue. It's still early so I'm not sure 100% what I'm going to include and not include but I normally go by the rule, if it makes sense story wise, it's probably ok. As for the first thing you mentioned about how getting the girl's to offer NSFW scenes work. As of I right now I have it set up so that the more positive things you say, combine with the amount of previous NSFW scenes you did with that girl, will determine if she offers you a new one. This is so if the game see's you're not interested in a girl, it should refrain from having her be overly sexual towards you or continue to offer unwanted scenes! I recommend, that if you like those scenes, then absolutely go for it. I know for myself, personally, that's how I feel about it. (which, by the way, is a nice quality of life option, but more than likely if someone plays a "harem" game, then they're in it for the sexual scenes and the story if you manage to get them hooked.)
P.S, if you're just looking to make threesome scenes regardless of the sexes involved, then the MC and two girls or even three girls while the MC watches or something similar would be the safest route rather than involving another male.

Restating what those above said about things like sharing, since they're rather eager to encourage you to go ahead and add that type of stuff if you want to, the problem isn't when devs add in stuff they themselves are into or just whatever they decided they wanted to do in the story, it's when certain things are forced upon the player that puts some off. You can add whatever type of content you want, so long as it's 100% optional and only happens when initiated by the player, then no one should get put off. I personally don't like sharing, period. I don't like sharing a girl with another guy, or being forced to share a girl with another girl, or be forced to watch two girls have sex, or be forced into threesomes. I'd prefer that stuff be up to me, so I can just not have them happen if I don't want it. I personally prefer exclusivity between me and a love interest, though I realize when a game has harem in the title there's certain things to expect. Most harem games decide what the player is into to an extent and decide what sexual content they will automatically participate in without letting the player have a say. Most devs ignore the obvious solution. Sure, it would mean some extra work on the devs part, which is presumably why most don't always bother doing it, but if things like any kind of sharing in general with another guy or between two girls, and every fetish out there, are completely optional and only happen when initiated by the player, then people shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable, and you can continue adding whatever you want. Let the player decide what they are into, what type of content gets initiated by the player or by others, and if they do anything with any of the love interests at all. That's the obvious solution to ensuring everyone can enjoy your game and story, if you're going to be player choice oriented~
I agree 100%, that was my intention with making everything optional in the first place. I'm glad that it helps people who like different things, pick and choose what they want to do and would rather not <3 Tysm for the responce as well ! :D

Also, come on guys, downgrading the dev speech when he explain what he plans to add to the game? As i said, to each their own, plus he did implement a way to avoid the content you may not like. If anything additional content is good, even if it's not some you like personally. As long as one can avoid what he/she doesn't like that's a bonus for those who like and neutral for those who don't.
